The Problem Context
Educational institutions struggled with fragmented platforms for managing grading, scheduling, and fee operations. Existing solutions lacked responsiveness and mobile-first accessibility.

Built a consolidated portal leveraging Next.js App Router to fetch data on the server, serving static UI where possible and lazy loading client components for complex form inputs. Used Tailwind CSS to create a unified design system that renders perfectly on mobile screens.
