A state-level technical-cum-cultural event management portal for managing registrations, schedules, and coordinators of Katihar Engineering College annual fest.
The Problem Context
Managing the annual state-level technical and cultural fest (Techfusion) with hundreds of events, student schedules, and registrations across regional colleges manually resulted in massive queues, scheduling conflicts, and check-in bottlenecks.
The Proposed Solution
Built a consolidated portal leveraging Next.js dynamic routing to serve event specifics, handle instant registrations, and supply real-time schedule grids. Designed a volunteer-facing check-in dashboard to verify attendee codes at event gates.
